Padre Juan Luis Carbajal is the Executive Secretary of the Pastoral Movilidad Humana (Pastoral of Human Mobility) of the Episcopal Conference of Guatemala. As a church organization, the Pastoral welcomes, protects and integrates migrants, refugees and victims of human trafficking. Father Carbajal is a Scalabrinian Missionary of St. Charles.
