Pour faire face à la grave crise humanitaire à laquelle sont confrontées plus de 2 millions de personnes déplacées à Gaza, le WRMC demande que le financement de l'Office de secours et de travaux des Nations unies (UNRWA) soit immédiatement rétabli. Le Conseil demande également la création d'une mission de protection des travailleurs humanitaires, accompagnée d'un nouveau groupe de contact pour l'aide humanitaire et la reconstruction à Gaza.
