Restore UNRWA funding, create Protective Mission to address humanitarian crisis in Gaza
To address the dire humanitarian crisis facing more than 2 million people who have been displaced in Gaza, the WRMC calls for funding for the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) to be restored immediately. The Council also calls for the creation of a Protective Mission to protect aid workers accompanied by a new Humanitarian and Reconstruction Contact Group for Gaza.
