Council launches partnership with Lamp Lifeboat Ladder to resettle refugee survivors of torture

The World Refugee & Migration Council (WRMC) announced today — the UN’s International Day in Support of Victims of Torture — that it will support resettling in Canada refugees who have suffered torture and/or sexual violence.
