As Europe tries to step up its military and economic support to Ukraine, the question of whether these could be used to finance Ukraine\u2019s war effort and recovery becomes more pressing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The moral, political and \u2018urgency\u2019 arguments for asset seizure are strong.
